EMP for Smith and Wesson M&P Shield (9mm and .40S&W)

The popular Strike Industries EMP +2 magazine extension for the Glock 42 and 43 is now available for the S&W M&P 9 and .40 Shield. The Enhanced Magazine Plate increases the capacity of the 9 Shield by 2 rounds, and the .40 Shield by 1 round. The molded design integrates seamlessly with the ergonomics, texture and styling of the M&P Shield and conceals well, despite the added length. Increase your firepower and ergonomics without sacrificing feel or looks. Included is our special steel locking plate, which compared to other magazine extensions on the market, features a hook design which adds extra locking security to increase reliability when fully loaded with rounds.

WARNING: DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN set screw when installing the steel locking plate. Steel locking plate may appear "loose" however when the set screw is flush with the back of the EMP body, you do not have to tighten any more. Overtightening from this point on will potentially damage your product. If you are unsure, please contact our customer support team or consult with your local gunsmith.

NOTE: Made for 7 round 9mm magazines and 6 round .40 cal magazines. The EMP+2 WILL work on the larger capacity factory magazines but with a noticeable gap between the EMP and pistol grip. The factory spacer will not fit flush with the EMP without slight modification.
