30-Day Tactical Return Guarantee
At Glocks And Armor, we stand behind our ordnance. If your gear doesn't meet your tactical requirements, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping costs and applicable restocking fees).
Returnable Items
- Unused Gear & Optics
- Unopened Gun Parts & Accessories
- Defective Firearms (subject to manufacturer warranty)
- Unworn Apparel & Armor Carriers
Non-Returnable Items
- Ammunition (for safety reasons)
- Fired or Altered Firearms
- Custom Built AR-15 Lowers/Uppers
- Used Ceramic/Steel Body Armor Plates
Restocking Fees
Returned firearms and serialized items that are not defective are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This covers the FFL transfer logistics and background check administrative overhead. If an item is returned due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped), the restocking fee is waived and we cover return shipping.
RMA Process
- Log into your Command Center (Dashboard).
- Locate the order in your Order History.
- Contact support via the order page or email support@glocksandarmor.org to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Package the item securely, write the RMA number on the outside of the box, and ship to the provided Hub address.
